Your satisfaction is important to me. Below you’ll find the return terms for digital products purchased from this site.

1. Courses

If you are not satisfied with the course, you may request a refund within ”14 days” of your purchase date, no questions asked.

Access to the course will be revoked once the refund is approved.

2. Procreate Brushes

Due to the digital and downloadable nature of brushes, ”all sales of Procreate brushes are final” and ”non-refundable”.

Once downloaded, they cannot be returned under EU digital product law (§356(5) BGB), as they are considered “used” upon download.

3. Posters & Physical Products

All posters and physical products are made-to-order.
This means:

• No returns or exchanges are accepted if you change your mind or order the wrong size.
• If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will replace it at no cost.
